Maintenance Announcement: November 6, 14 & December 5
Sabre is committed to Cybersecurity and continuous improvements to our overall strategy to ensure the systems and data in our control are protected from Cyber threats.
As part of our PCI compliance for ClientBase Online, we are enabling block mode on our Web Application Firewall. This update is to address new threats and vulnerabilities on an ongoing basis and to ensure that ClientBase Online remains protected against known attacks such as Cross Site Scripting, Illegal Resource Access, and SQL Injections.
While this update provides an additional layer of security, it comes with the possibility of blocking valid customer entries. Our team has diligently reviewed common instances of entries flagged as a possible threat. Where valid, these entries have been whitelisted to prevent interruption of service with ClientBase Online. If one of your advisors receives a security error like the one below, they should first copy the Incident ID and report this error to our support team. Our team will investigate and work to resolve any newly reported error codes within 24-hours. The user can then hit the browser backspace button to return to ClientBase and continue working.
Our team we will be performing this important maintenance over the next several weeks on November 6, November 14, and December 5 from 5:00PM - 4:00AM Pacific Standard Time. ClientBase Online will still be available during this time but you may experience brief interruptions in service. If you are logged out you should be able to log back in within a few minutes.
